We had Ryan replace an older insert with a new Pacific Energy unit. He certainly earned his money, as the install was quite tricky due to the construction of our fireplace, but he persevered and made it work! Doing business with Ryan was very simple, he was on time and on budget! Hats off to you, Ryan! its awesome to have heat again!!
