I had bit of a complicated insert with regards to size and measuring for heat and safety distances for my chimney and Ryan came out to give advice more than once during my construction phase which was very helpful and appreciated. when the time came for the install he was there when promised and the job was done with efficiency. I will definitely ask Ryan to assist with my gas fireplace install in the future in my home.
