I decided to get in touch with Ryan about ongoing issues I was having with my Valour fireplace and remote after not being very satisfied with previous service calls I had from the original installer. First Ryan gave suggestions by email of things I could try but when that didn’t work we arranged a service call. He quickly determined the problem and replaced the failing part. He was really efficient and explained everything and was all done within the hour. Wow. I was really impressed with the service start to finish and good price too.
