We purchased a Regency Hampton insert from another dealer. When they had a staffing problem and were unable to do the installation Ryan was brought in to complete the job. Our fireplace had an arched opening so it was a little like placing a square peg in a round hole. Ryan managed this expertly. The insert fits perfectly and works great. The heat it gives off is impressive. Ryan’s attention to the small details was great. Leveled , centered and balanced. We would recommend his service to anyone.
