I am glad I stumbled upon Ryan at Flame Tech heating. Other company’s didn’t seam to have the knowledge and customer service that he had and he wasn’t afraid to give me his real opinion on products and installation. I never felt like i was being given a sales pitch. I had a new wood burning insert installed into a zero clearance chimney which wasn’t easy, but Ryan put my mind to ease knowing everything he did was to code and done with precision. He even came back to the house to inspect my mantle and hearth after I had renovated it. I was happy to give Ryan my business because he is a hard working individual and willing to make his customers happy, but at the same time not compromising quality and industry standard.
