Living on the Gulf Islands can be quite difficult at times, such as when one wants to replace a fireplace insert. After contacting a number of suppliers in greater Victoria and Vancouver none were very interested when they checked the ferry schedules.
Ryan Wilson from FlameTech Heating with his partner, Deighton, agreed to come to Galiano Island to check what had to be done. They were very helpful in what type of insert would best fit our needs. All questions were answered and excellent advice was forthcoming.
Following rules and regulations of the building codes were foremost at all times.Phone calls and e-mails were prompt and answered right away.
During installation all mess and old equipment was cleaned up and taken away. There were no surprises when the job was complete and we are very pleased with the results. A very professional experience.
