Ryan is officially my fireplace guy whether he wants to be or not! He has been so great with my troublesome fireplace. I really appreciated all the time he took troubleshooting by email before he ever placed a service call. He has always been really helpful and professional and I feel really confident that the work he has done is top notch.
We had quite a time with my particular fireplace tracking down the right parts, turned out they stopped making the exact ones for my fireplace…and he never lost patience with me or the job, lol. I’m staring at my gently burning fireplace right now waiting for the cold snap! Thanks Ryan!
