We were fortunate to have Ryan recommend and install a new gas fireplace in our family room. From the outset I found Ryan to be honest and forthright about the costs and labour required to do the work. There was no hidden costs that were added on later. Ryan presented us several options and explained the pro’s and con’s of each. There was no hard-sell or “buy the most expensive model” pitch. When it was time for the install, Ryan was on-time and clean. In fact, the job had some complications due to our chimney and Ryan had to come back a few more times than was expected yet the quoted price never was changed. This honest approach to not only do the job but do it well leaves me with no hesitation to recommend Flametech’s services. We’ve been very pleased with our new fireplace.
